SugarCrack! is not responsible for injuries sustained due to the misuse or abuse of the candy glass. SugarCrack! is to be eaten responsibly, and is not to be used as a weapon in any way. So if you are not responsible, find someone who is, and stand next to them while eating...preferably someone who knows the Heimlich Maneuver and has a First Aid kit.
SugarCrack! candy glass is not meant for children under the age of 10. For children over the age of 10, SugarCrack! candy glass should be consumed under the advisement of a responsible adult. (Do not eat while skateboarding).
No tighty-whities were harmed during the making of this candy.
SugarCrack! is owned and operated by one very short, hard-working woman who aims to please. Despite her being"practically perfect in every way," she doesn't have a magical umbrella or bottomless carpet bag and cannot make orders seemingly appear. (We couldn't believe it, either). And although she can wield a wand with the best of 'em, SugarCrack! confections must be made by hand. Since no preservatives are used by SugarCrack!, all candy, cookies, and chews have a limited shelf-life, therefore, everything is made in limited batches to prevent waste, ensure freshness and maintain customer satisfaction. So please be patient with your order.
Although this is a fun homage to a favorite cable T.V. program, we sincerely take pride in making everything we offer you. Quality is just as high on our list as is humor, and we make sure every order is to your satisfaction.
All our products are made to order and are packaged in a bubble wrap-insulated envelope or box to ensure your order reaches you in the same condition as when it leaves our store.
Since SugarCrack! products are perishable, we do not accept returns. If, however, you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will make every effort to remedy the situation until you are happy with the end result. Just shoot us an e-mail and we will send you a fresh batch free of charge.
Shipping & Returns
SugarCrack! includes tax and shipping charges in its price. Due to the high cost of international shipping, SugarCrack! only delivers to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and western Europe.
SugarCrack! re-uses packing materials to keep overhead costs down and reduce its carbon footprint. We do not, however, re-use any packaging when storing any edible item.
SugarCrack! takes extreme care when packing each item, and is not responsible for damage to shipments once they are in transit. Most orders are traceable through United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Post Office (USPS). When possible, a tracking number will be provided with the shipping information. Any damage done to any order while in transit should be solved with the carrier providing the delivery of your order. Any dispute due to lost deliveries and or any damage accrued while in transit, should be solved with UPS or the USPS directly.
SugarCrack! will never sell or give submitted customer information to any third party. Like Las Vegas, what is submitted on our website, stays on our website.
